A specialist construction-product manufacturer needed to stop small but vital metal components from going missing on busy outdoor construction sites.
The components’ small size and low contrast made them difficult to find and easily thrown away by accident, resulting in losses, delays and penalty charges when incomplete kits reached site teams.
We designed a heavy-duty, high-visibility label, die-cut to mirror the component’s shape. Manufactured from MD57 durable, outdoor-grade polypropylene, which adhered strongly to metal surfaces, each label was branded with the client’s logo for quick identification. The vivid colour and company logo made them far easier to find.
